Complete your chosen distance (1 mile, 5.25 miles, 10.5 miles, 26.2 miles) in the pool, a local lake, or the sea, and log your progress throughout the month. Whether you’re taking on your first-ever swim challenge, getting back into the water after a break, or building towards the real thing in the Lakes, this is your chance to set a goal, stay motivated, and enjoy that unbeatable post-swim feeling.

The distances
